SWEAR London is an exclusively made-to-order brand, operating on a made-to-order principle. As the brand doesn't hold ready-made shoes, we manage to minimize material waste.
Your mission
As a Marketing Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for:
PlatformE B2B Marketing (Primary Function)
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
- We're seeking a hands-on, driven person with a genuine passion for diving into brand trends.
General Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Strong expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution and business development.
- Lead generation & demand generation using organic and paid channels.
- Experience with brand positioning and messaging in a competitive landscape.
- Digital marketing strategy, including paid and organic growth strategies.
Performance & Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
knowledge of creating marketing KPIs.
- Experience in lead tracking and analysis via Google Tag Manager.
CRM & Lead Management
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize lead pipelines for B2B sales
- Experience with ABM campaigns.
Website & Platform Management
- Experience managing Webflow websites (or willingness to learn).
- Basic understanding of WIX or similar CMS for website updates.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms & online marketplaces.
Content & Creative Strategy
- Experience creating sales & product enablement presentations using Canva or PowerPoint.
- Strong copywriting skills for website, email, and ad content.
- Understanding of social media engagement strategies.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field B2C and B2B SaaS experience (>2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluently in English
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
Nice to Have
Technical & Automation Skills
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation
- Basic Python and web scraping knowledge for data enrichment
- Comfort using Terminal for data processing and workflow automation
