Your mission:
We are seeking a passionate and digitally-savvy Social Management & Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring marketing and customer experience professional to gain hands-on experience in brand building, community engagement, and customer relationship management within the fast-paced and visually-driven world of fashion footwear. You will play a key role in amplifying our brand voice, connecting with our global audience, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact to post-purchase.
The journey:
- Content Support: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, captions) for Swear London's social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding to our audience in line with Swear London's brand voice and fostering a strong online community.
- Customer Support: Provide friendly and timely assistance to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, social media), ensuring an excellent service experience that reflects Swear London’s values.
- Order & Issue Resolution: Support in tracking customer orders, managing exchanges/returns, and resolving any post-purchase issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Automation Process Support: Assist in setting up and optimizing automated workflows for customer communication (e.g., order confirmations, follow-up emails, FAQs), helping improve efficiency and response times.
- Influencer & UGC Monitoring: Help track user-generated content (UGC) and identify potential micro-influencers or brand advocates.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in collecting data and generating basic reports on social media performance, engagement rates, and audience growth.
- Campaign Support: Provide administrative and creative support for ongoing social media campaigns and product launches.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A strong passion for fashion, footwear, and the luxury lifestyle industry.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their unique features.
- Basic experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling visuals and engaging copy.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and empathy.
- Interest in learning about automation tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email automation) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
